The legacy of the Amistad incident is told through models, artifacts and images in this exhibition on loan from Mystic Seaport. Follow the legendary voyage of 49 men and 4 girls as they are kidnapped from their villages in Africa, imprisoned on a slave ship with hundreds of others, and sold into slavery in Cuba.
